HIST 1110¨ - World Civilization from Primitive Culture to 1650


A study of the emergence and development of civilizations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and America using the universal culture pattern. An analysis and comparison of economic, social, political, intellectual, religious, and aesthetic characteristics of civilizations will be emphasized.  (Same as RODP HIST 1110)

PREREQUISITES: DSPW 0800 and DSPR 0800 or acceptable placement scores.
General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements.
