ESOL 0133 - Literacy III

This course is designed to teach non-native students basic paragraph form, summarizing, skimming, and scanning skills, beginning academic vocabulary and academic reading skills. Students will read multiple paragraph stories and modified novels and respond to them in writing.

PREREQUISITES: Placement into course from scores on English placement test.
