AHC 142* - Chiropractic X-Ray Technology

A course designed to introduce basic entry-level competencies expected of the Chiropractic X-Ray Technologist. Selected topics include: radiation protection, radiation physics, radiographic techniques, position, x-ray quality control, and Tennessee statutes and rules pertaining to the Chiropractic X-Ray Technologist.

Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
