EMSA 2260 - *Advanced EMTB/A Skills This laboratory course is designed to help the student continue developing skills taught through the EMTB portion of the course. Emphasis will be placed on the skills and pharmacology necessary to practice at the EMTA level. This course will utilize healthcare simulation to care for patients with various medical concerns and traumas.
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring Prerequisites: Admission to the AAEMT program Corequisites: EMSA 1150 , EMSA 1250 , EMSA 1260 , EMSA 1350 , EMSA 2250 , and EMSA 2650 Contact Hours: 60 lab hours per semester
Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
