MECH 1330 - *(Electro) Pneumatic and Hydraulic Control Circuits This course is a study of the basic pneumatic, electro pneumatic and hydraulic control circuits in a mechatronics system. Topics covered will include the functions and properties of control elements; measuring pneumatic and hydraulic control circuits; troubleshooting techniques and strategies to identify, localize and correct malfunctions; and systematic preventive maintenance and safety of (electro) pneumatic and hydraulic components. Technical documentation such as data sheets, circuit diagrams, displacement step diagrams and function charts will also be covered.
