BUSN 1350 - *Sales and Service This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of customer service and selling. Topics include developing and conveying a positive attitude, identifying buying motives and customer needs, developing and delivering a sales presentation, customer approaches, sales strategies, and cultivating repeat business through service.
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall Prerequisites: Acceptable placement scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 0810 and READ 0810 as determined by placement. Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
