EMSP 2802 - *Fundamentals of Paramedic II Fundamentals of Paramedic II is the second of two lecture courses to include the following topics: respiratory & cardiology (on going from EMSP 1801), pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, urology and nephrology, hematology, gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, geriatric emergencies, psychological emergencies and trauma/shock.
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring, Summer Prerequisites: EMSP 1801 , EMSP 1401 , and EMSP 1311 Corequisites: EMSP 2402 and EMSP 2412 Contact Hours: 120 lecture hours per semester
Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
