PHED 1210 - Physical Fitness This course is designed for students interested in an individualized exercise program that can improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness while using the campus fitness center. The student, along with an assigned instructor, will develop a personal fitness program designed for students interested in keeping physically fit through regular workouts. All workouts must be scheduled and completed in the College fitness center.
