MUS 181 - Jazz Piano Class

This course is open by permission only. For the advanced piano student, this course will concentrate on jazz choral harmony and improvisation. Recommended for the commercial music pianist. Students must have a deep understanding of piano harmonies and music theory prior to taking this class. Up to 8 hours of applied music and/or ensembles can be counted toward graduation.
