MATH 1910 - ^Calculus I This course includes a study of limits, continuity, derivatives of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential, and logarithmic functions, applications of differentiation, Newton’s Method, definite and indefinite integrals, Mean Value and Fundamental theorems, introduction to integration techniques and applications of integration, will be studied. Credit toward graduation cannot be received for both courses in the following pair: MATH 1830/1910. (Same as TN eCampus MATH 1910)
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring, Summer Prerequisites: Four years of high school mathematics, including trigonometry, and an ACT math subscore of 25 or greater or MATH 1720 or MATH 1730 (either with a grade of C or higher) Contact Hours: 60 lecture hours per semester
