FIRE 2380 - *Legal Aspects of Emergency Services


This course will address the federal, state, and local laws that regulate emergency services.  It will also include a review of national standards, regulations, and consensus standards that emergency services are measured against.

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring
Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
