CRMJ 1311 - Criminal Law

This course is a study of the history and development of criminal law, elements of a crime and defenses, parties to a crime, types of offenses and criminal jurisdiction.  [This course was previously CJA 203, CRMJ 203 and CRMJ 1110.]
