The Radiologic Technology Program prepares students to become Radiologic Technologists (Radiographers). Radiographers work in a variety of Medial Imaging settings including hospitals, clinics, and physicians’ offices. Medical Imaging represents the second largest Health Science profession in the nation.
The program has limited enrollment due to size restraints. Applicants must meet specific criteria to qualify for the program’s annual selection process and interview in May. Selected participants begin the program in August. Not including general education courses, the program is five semesters of full-time study including an extensive clinical experience.
To be eligible for the selection process, students must successfully complete all required general education courses with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the courses, submit three program refernce forms, and demonstrate computer competency by the May 1st deadline.
