The Associate of Science (Pre Nursing-Belmont Partnership) is a two-year program leading to a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Belmont University. Partnership graduates earn the A.S. degree (64 semester hours) from VSCC and the B.S.N (64 semester hours) from Belmont University. Belmont School of Nursing reserves 16 seats for VSCC Pre-Nursing graduates. Each fall and spring semester, Belmont’s Coordinator of Nursing Admissions visits the campus to meet with students and provide up-to-date information about the partnership, expectations, and the application process. Check with the Math and Science Division about the dates of these advising sessions on the VSCC campus.
