NRSG 1700 - *Transition to Professional Nursing

Course is designed to assist the student in transitioning to the role of the professional nurse.  This course is not transferable for meeting degree requirements.

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall (Gallatin, Livingston)
Prerequisites: Program admission for LPN to RN pathway.
Contact Hours: 75 lecture hours, 90 lab/clinical hours per semester
Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
