SWRK 2050 - Theories & Methods of Social Services Practices In this course, students will develop skills in observation of behavior, listening and interviewing to be utilized with various groups, individuals, families, and the aged. Emphasis will be on in-class exercises and role playing. Techniques for information gathering and assessment are examined. A minimum of fifteen hours of volunteer work in an agency is required.
