CRMJ 1020 - Introduction to the Legal Process This course is a study concerning the basic rules governing the admissibility of criminal evidence, confessions, hearsay and exception to the hearsay law, recent civil rights decisions, reconciliation of individual rights and community interest in law and order. Successful completion of CRMJ 1010 or CRMJ 2010 is recommended before CRMJ 1020. [This course was previously CJA 202.]
