MATH 0153 - Skills for Introductory Stats


This corequisite course provides skills to support MATH 1530 - Introductory Statistics.  Topics include review of basic mathematics skills, elementary algebra concepts, sophisticated calculator use, and data manipulation using statistical software.

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring, Summer
Prerequisites: No placement score available or ACT Math subscore less than 19, Accuplacer Elementary Algebra score less than 92, Accuplacer Next Gen QRAS score less than 250, or equivalent, and successful completion or concurrent enrollment in a FYEX Success course 
Corequisites: MATH 1530
