PTAT 2460 - *Patient Care Skills for the PTA This course includes all of the fundamental patient care skills, selected data collection and physical therapy interventions for the physical therapist assistant student. (This course was previously PTA 253)
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Summer Prerequisites: AHC 1100 or PTA 110 and acceptance to the second year PTA program Corequisites: PTAT 2100 , PTAT 2210 , PTAT 2530 Contact Hours: 30 lecture hours, 60 lab hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
