CRMJ 1020 - Introduction to the Legal Process

This course is a study concerning the basic rules governing the admissibility of criminal evidence, confessions, hearsay and exception to the hearsay law, recent civil rights decisions, reconciliation of individual rights and community interest in law and order.  [This course was previously CJA 202.]
