MATH 1130 - ♦College Algebra This course is designed for non-science majors, this course includes a study of sets, linear and quadratic equations, inequalities, exponents and radicals, functions and graphs, variation, complex numbers, and exponential and logarithmic functions. (Same as TN eCampus MATH 1130)
Prerequisites: ACT Math subscore of 19 or equivalent or completion of MATH 1005 with a C or higher.
Note: This course will not substitute for MATH 1710 . Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements. Credits: (3)
