INFS 191 - *A+ Hardware Certification An introduction to microcomputer hardware installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. Students will learn the processes and procedures for supporting microcomputer hardware in a business environment. This course is designed to assist the student to take the Comp TIA A+ hardware certification examination. [This course was previously CIS 191.]

PREREQUISITES: INFS 1010 or passing score on the Computer Competency Exam (CCE) or permission of instructor Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
