FST 121 - *Fire Protection Systems

Course provides information relating to the features of design and operation of fire alarm systems, water-based fire suppression systems, special hazard fire suppression systems, water supply for fire protection and portable fire extinguishers.

PREREQUISITES: Acceptable placement score or completion of all Learning Support competencies in Reading and Writing.

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
