VET 110 - *Applied Veterinary Anatomy and Physiology This course parallels a vertebrate zoology course focusing on aspects of anatomy and physiology that have clinical relevance for animal caregivers, animal lab researchers and veterinary practice. Companion, agricultural (large) and exotic species will be covered with reference to human physiology where applicable.

PREREQUISITES: VET 101 with a grade of C or higher and admission to the program. Hours: Three lecture, two laboratory hours per week. Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
