LAW 220 - *Business Organizations and Contracts

A study of various business entities as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and other business vehicles with emphasis on the role of the paralegal regarding their information, preparation of documents, etc. The course also includes a study of contract law and the work of the paralegal in that regard.

PREREQUISITES: ENGL 1010, LAW 101, or permission of program coordinator.
Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
