CIS 192* - A+ Software Certification An introduction to microcomputer operating system installation, configuration, upgrading, diagnosing and troubleshooting. Students will learn the processes and procedures for supporting microcomputer software in a business environment. This course is designed to assist the student to take the Comp TIA A+ software certification examination.
PREREQUISITES: CIS 100 or permission of instructor. Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
