The growth of electronic word processing, computer based file management, and the constant need to process office work in an efficient manner help form the basis for this area of study. Jobs and career positions in this field include secretary, word processing technician, office manager or office assistant.
All General Business Administration (G.B.A.) students are required to take the Tennessee Board of Regents general business exam to meet graduation requirements.
