MGT 260* - Small Business Management Designed for the person with a small business or for a person actually wishing to start a small business. Emphasis is placed upon the development of a working business plan, developing strategies to overcome barriers to success and creating tactics that will actually lead to small business success.
PREREQUISITES: Recommend ACT 201, ACT 202, BUS 155* or MKT 110*. (Requires commitment to succeed. ) Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
