MATH 0105 - Skills for Algebra Essentials


This co-requisite course provides skills to support and prepare for college-level mathematics.  Topics include real number sense and operations, operations with algebraic expressions (including polynomials), analyzing graphs of linear equations and inequalities, solving linear equations and inequalities, (including systems of equations), modeling and critical thinking.

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring, Summer
Prerequisites: No placement score available or ACT Math subscore less than 19, Accuplacer Elementary Algebra score less than 92, Accuplacer Next Gen QRAS score less than 250, or equivalent
Corequisites: MATH 1005
