VET 261 - *Clinical Practicum III This course provides practical experience in veterinary clinics and/or related facilities. Students will continue to apply skills developed in the classroom at assigned off-campus facilities. The student will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility. Students will discuss the clinical experience and ethical considerations in the classroom.
Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Spring Prerequisites: VET 150 and VET 251 (both with a grade of C or higher) Corequisites: VET 261 Clinical Contact Hours: 30 lecture hours, average of 120 clinical hours per semester
Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
