COMM 225 - *Motion Graphics

This course builds on concepts covered in ART 253 and COMM 212 and focuses on motion design for time based media, and the basics of compositing. Utilizing Adobe After Effects, students will learn to create still and motion text, images, and graphics for use in film, video, and broadcast.

Contact Hours: 45 lecture/lab hours per semester

Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
