COMM 2025 - ^Fundamentals of Communication


This course is an introduction to the communication process, interpersonal communication, group discussion, and public speaking. Students are required to prepare and deliver speeches.  [This course was previously COM 100 and SPCH 1010.]  

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring, Summer
Prerequisites: Acceptable placement scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 0810  and READ 0810  as determined by placement.
Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester

General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements.
