HIMT 2307 - *Professional Practice Experience I This course provides opportunities for students to relate classroom theory to actual functions of health information, such as assembly and record analysis, medico legal procedures, information retention, filing and retrieval, and the use of technology. Students will meet objectives through assignment to a health care facility or through the use of virtual simulation projects. (Course was previously HIT 281C).
