COMM 1020 - Media Writing

This course emphasizes selecting, and covering news, types of stories, newsgathering skills and writing across print, broadcast and online media.  [This course was previously COM 102.]  

Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall, Spring
Prerequisites: Acceptable placement scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 0810  and READ 0810  as determined by placement.
