COMM 291P - *Communication Practicum: Radio
This course includes supervised laboratory or fieldwork in radio broadcasting or radio station operations. The course is designed primarily for actual on-air experience. May be completed at the College station WVCP-FM or as an internship at a commercial station. Students may take a combination of practicum courses (COMM 292P , COMM 294P , COMM 295P , and/or COMM 296P ); only 8 hours may be counted toward graduation. Not intended for transfer. Contact Hours: 45-135 practicum hours per semester

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
