MATH 1630 - ^Finite Mathematics This course is an introduction to finite mathematics intended for students studying Information Systems, Computer Network Technology, and Business Management. Topics covered include linear equations and systems, matrices, linear programming, finance, set theory, counting methods, probability, and logic.
Prerequisites: ACT Math subscore of 19 or equivalent, or completion of MATH 1005 with a grade of B or higher, or completion of MATH 1130 with a grade of C or higher. Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements. Credits: (3)
