SOCI 2010 - Marriage and Families Introduces the social, cultural, and personal factors relating to family life with an emphasis on families in the United States. Topics include past and present family trends, family complexity & diversity, family violence, mate selection, marriage, cohabitation, parenting, divorce, and work-family balance.
Semester Availabilty: (Subject to Change) Fall Prerequisites: SOCI 1010 , and acceptable placement scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing.
