MPM 270 - *Medical Practice Operations This capstone course includes a detailed examination of the Medical Practice Management operations based on the body of knowledge established by the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Market trends in health care management, compliance and risk management, managed health care, fraud abuse laws, medical malpractice, and capital financing are included. Structured and interactive exposure to the Medical Practice environment is also included.

This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
