COMM 1030 - Introduction to Electronic Media This course provides students with a fundamental, hands-on introduction to technologies that are being used by journalists to gather, process and circulate information. Students will study Web design, blogging, and multimedia presentation on the Internet, plus new technologies as they develop. The course will also investigate how journalism and media are evolving to serve the public. [This course was previously COM 101.]
