EETH 2410 - *Hydraulics and Pneumatics This course covers fluid mechanics with emphasis on the use of hydraulics and pneumatics for power transmission and control purposes. Basic theory and application covers the relationship between fluid flow and pressure, accumulators, actuators, and the control of both fluid and air.
Prerequisites: EETH 1110 Corequisites: EETH 2410L
Contact Hours: Three lecture, three laboratory hours per week Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
