PHED 1230 - Stability Ball Core Fitness


This course is designed for students wishing to keep physically fit through  a variety of cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance activities using the properly sized stability ball.  Over 100 different ways to use the stability ball will be introduced throughout the course.
