CRMJ 1020 - Introduction to the Legal Process This course is a study concerning the basic rules governing the admissibility of criminal evidence, confessions, hearsay and exception the hearsay law, recent civil rights decisions, reconciliation of individual rights and community interest in law and order. PREREQUISITES: An ACT sub-score of 13 (or equivalent) in English and Reading, or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in English and Reading. Credits: (3)
