OMT 253 - *Office Procedures A complete overview of the secretarial profession that includes handling priorities, telephone techniques, time and stress management, human relations situations, statistical information presentation and records management. Emphasis will be placed on written communications in all situations.
PREREQUISITES: INFS 1010 and BUSN 1302 or permission of Program Coordinator Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs
This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
