SOCI 1010 - ♦Introduction to Sociology

An introduction to sociology as a science and to basic sociological concepts, social structure, and social institutions, including the family and education.  [This course was previously SOC 101.]  (Same as RODP SOC 1010)

PREREQUISITES: Acceptable placements scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing.

 
General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements.
