PSYC 1030♦ - General Psychology General Psychology is a one-semester course designed to provide an overview of the field of psychology and human behavior. The topics of philosophy, history, biology, learning, personality, abnormal behavior, treatment, applied memory, intelligence, motivation, consciousness, perception, and sensory are included. [This course was previously PSY 101.] (Same as RODP PSY 101.)
PREREQUISITES: Acceptable placement scores or completion of all Learning Support Competencies in Reading and Writing. General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements. Credits: (3)
