PSG 120C* - Clinical Practice I Supervised clinical application of electrode placement utilizing the 1020 method, proper patient preparation, montages, protocols, impedance checks, calibrations, troubleshooting, vital sign assessment, proper documentation and note taking.
PREREQUISITES: PSG 101*, PSG 102* or permission of Program Director. Hours: 80 hours per term. Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs. This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but has been developed with a purpose other than+ being a university parallel course.
