MS 1130 - Introduction to Tactical Leadership This course provides an overview of leadership fundamentals such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, and providing feedback. Students will explain dissmissions of leadership values, attributes, skills, and actions in a military context through practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. Also, students will explore lessons on basic military tactics, map reading and land navigation and discuss how they relate to the development and perception of leader competency at the infantry squad level.
