MATH 1630♦ - Finite Mathematics An introduction to finite mathematics intended for students studying Information Systems, Computer Network Technology, and Business Management. Topics covered include linear equations and systems, matrices, linear programming, finance, set theory, counting methods, probability, and logic.
PREREQUISITES: An acceptable placement score, or a grade of B or better in MATH 1005 (or MATH 1000 or DSPM 0850), or completion of MATH 1130 with a grade of C or better. General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements. Credits: (3)
