ECED 2120 - Administration of Early Childhood Programs

A study of organizational and administrative practices applicable to programs serving children ages birth through eight. Topics of particular consideration include leadership, enrollment, public relations, staff-management, financial management, facilities, regulations, family relations, and program development. (Same as RODP ECED 2120)
