ISCI 1030♦ - Science, Society and Sustainability

The course will apply the scientific method as a problem solving tool for understanding current scientific issues with global and societal impact.  Emphasis will be given to collection, presentation and analysis of data while integrating common themes from biology, chemistry and environmental science.

PREREQUISITES: An acceptable placement score or completion of all required DSP or Learning Support courses.  Pre or Co-Requisite:  MATH 1000.
General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements.
